Being a novice at poker shouldn’t stop you from partaking in one of the world’s most beloved card games and at least getting your feet wet so you can see what all the noise is about. Poker has been a favorite of card playing crowds for years and years and has progressed from the tables in a smoky dank nook in the back of an old saloon, to the dining room tables of every day life.
Poker is basically a simple game of intense strategy, scrutiny of your fellow players, and psychology. Not to mention having to have a good hand to win the pot of valuables, usually money. The rules for poker are based on a playing structure and the value of the cards themselves and the values of combos of cards that can be created by the players based on the best 5 card combination they can make with what they have been dealt. For the most part, the values of the cards run from the Ace being the highest in value card, to the #2 being the lowest.

Playing poker needs good planning. It is the basis of being a good player or not. However, employing the same kind of plan in each game is not a perfect way to play. You need to make changes in order for you to be a step ahead.
Conforming your strategies with your rivals is the basis for your success as well you need to analyze each situation or game in advance. If you’re willing to adjust your core strategy will make you discover your strengths and use it to take advantage of your opponents weaknesses.
The thing is, not all players are the same. Either they play seriously and others do not. What you need to do is to use your core strategy and adjust it on every rival you encounter and on every change of situation.

One game plan you can use is to opt for the best seat on a table. Almost all people suggest to sit on the left side of aggressive players and on the right side of good players. This is quiet a good plan knowing that the player to your right is clearly assertive.
