It is sold on a very clever website designed to fool inexperienced online roulette players. The seller has even gone to the extent of making a defeat scammer’s page on the site to try and help his case of seeming honest.

This is all part of the scam to suck people in. There are also screenshots of withdrawals that the maker claims to of made totalling in excess of $100000. These screenshots can easily be manipulated though and even if the withdrawals where real he could quiet easily of deposited the money and then withdrew it again straight away.
